Coach Chris founded N.E.O. Soccer in the early 2000's. N.E.O., which stands for Northeast Ohio, has been a recognized leader and top developer of talent in the area for their efforts in the N.E.O. Juniors program (ages 5-8) and N.E.O. Premier club. The club helped cultivate top players in the area - as well as achieving success in Local Premier (Casa), Regional League (MRL), State Cup, and International Tournaments (Continental Cup) - with dozens of championship teams across all ages. N.E.O. also brought home two National Championships and multiple Top 4 finishes in National 3v3 competitions.

Coach Chris enjoys working with players in all development stages, building the strongest foundation possible. He has served recently as Juniors Director for other top premier clubs, such as Cleveland Force and Canton United Force, developing top players and teams in the area. Chris has also served as Juniors Director for local community programs for the cities of Shaker Heights and West Geauga. He currently serves as Head Coach of the Shaker Heights High School Girls' Varsity and Junior Varsity teams.
